  • הרשמה וקוד אימות

    לא הגיע קוד האימות ב־SMS או שההתחברות נכשלת? בדקו את הקליטה ואת מספר הטלפון, ואם עדיין תקוע — כתבו לנו.

  • פרופיל ותמונה

    בעיה בעדכון השם, התמונה או פרטי הפרופיל — נשמח לעזור לסדר את זה.

  • יצירת פעילות והצטרפות

    איך פותחים פעילות על המפה, מבקשים להצטרף לפעילות של מישהו אחר, ומנהלים את המשתתפים.

  • צ׳אט והתראות

    הודעות בצ׳אט הקבוצתי שלא מגיעות, או התראות שלא מופיעות — כך מפעילים אותן מחדש.

  • דיווח על משתמשים או פעילויות

    נתקלתם בתוכן או בהתנהגות שאינם במקום? אפשר לדווח ישירות מהאפליקציה, ואנחנו נבדוק.

    אפשר למחוק את החשבון והמידע שלכם בכל רגע, ישירות מתוך האפליקציה.

    איך אנחנו שומרים על המידע שלכם ומה נמצא בשליטתכם — בפרטיות ובבטיחות.

בטיחות ומצבי חירום

SocialMap אינה שירות חירום.

במקרה של סכנה מיידית יש לפנות לשירותי החירום המקומיים.

ניתן למחוק את החשבון מתוך הגדרות הפרופיל באפליקציה.
